I have been playing L4d2 on a local hosted server with sourcemod for a few weeks. Thanks to this forums I have found some good plugins.
Although the one thing that has Given me trouble is the sm_admin (a default 1st party plugin I believe) What happenes is that I can bring up the menu, but the commands rarely work. So IE a player gets stuck in a place they can't get out of and I try to use the noclip, I could bring up the option, but when I try to select it the menu will disappear instead of showing the list of players for me to select who to noclip. After playing enough into the map it sometimes works, but when I change maps to the next section it stops working again.

so would anybody know of a fix for this?

I find that sometimes the admin menu just doesnt work. Only way to fix it is to change maps or if I disconnect then reconnect to the server.

local. Although I do have dedicated server installed in the tools menu of steam I have not had a reason to try to figure out how to properly set it up to work with custom maps or getting the lobby to connect to my specific server

It will start working in the middle of the map, but stop working when the map changes
