Could be based on amxmodx's.

For those who know how to code in sm it shouldn't take long to do it.

After map changes (with using unscrambler) some of loaded players can change team and take a slot. So such plugin would be really useful.

This shoulden't be that hard if it is versus you're playing. You make a plugin that changes gamemode from versus to teamversus after some time, lets say after players have left safe room. Then they can't switch team with M.

Or you could make a plugin that changes vs_max_team_switches to -1 after ppl have left safe room. I bet that will make teamswitch nearly impossible too.
