I downloaded the latest bat_mm_1.6.4.zip file, but BAT still crashes my TF2 Linux server. I copied my old menucmds.ini, publicmessages.ini, users.ini, and votemaps.ini back into /addons/bat but everything else is from the downloaded zip file. Here's what happens:

I made a mistake when packing it. It was correct for windows but the zip would use load the old .so file.

I bumped the version number on the file, so please redownload to make sure you cache was not getting the old file

Thanks for the update EKS, version 1.6.5 loads correctly.

I noticed that I got this message when BAT loaded:

"ERROR: Did not find the offset needed to change the players health, you should update BAT"

Does this mean that slapping will not impact a player's health? Just wondering.

Okay i got the downloaded files on my desktop.. where do i put them!!!! i have looked forever and ever on here and there is nowhere where it tells you how to install or even how to use. please help me

Nice to see you are still going with this EKS. Nice work.

I have two questions...

1. Will giving a permission flag of 'g' make admins immune to public comands such as #votekick? If not, as a request, can it be so?

2. Can specific commands be removed from use, such as slap? If not, the feature would be great (Perhaps not as basic as you might like though ). The reasoning here is that admins are abusing it on our servers.

g will make you immune yes.
Sadly there is no option for removing slap, only thing i can suggest is looking at the BAT logs and remove admins that abuse the ability

Hi EKS,

On my Linux TF2 server, I just noticed that "meta list" says my BAT version is 1.6.4, but I'm sure 1.6.5 is the version I have:

It's not a problem, I'm just trying to make sure I have the right version installed. Is this just a bug in 1.6.5?
