Their another plugin on the plugin forum somewhere, it changes their rates, also check if they changed it or not forgot what it called if you want something similar to that.

Hy! The plugin doesn't work in it's function! It is nothing. It's just take my room in my disk! What is it? In normal plugin must be done ::

1., Chech the connecting users rate. If someone change his rate, then block them and set his rate to cvar.

2., Tells the server, that the user changed his rate

3., No bugs!

If you can make this, then íour plugin will be nice! (see in amxmod rate manager)

Ugh, I spent forever setting this up for many custom cvars but it would be nice if this plugin actually did something x.x

Hey, Guyz iam looking for a plugin like if anyone comes to my server there rate wil be lk 20000 or 9999 depends on ther net which i will be controling the rates like sv_rate 9999 so that could set the ppl's rate 9999 idk how to make that plugin iam a beginer could u guyz help me?

The only thing you need to set with this plugin, is cl_cmdrate, since the half-life(And CS) server already has cvars for the other rates.
The build in cvars are:
sv_minrate
sv_maxrate
sv_minupdaterate
sv_maxupdaterate

how do i make it change the rates to 9999 and cl_cmdrate 30 and cl_updaterate 20 when they connect to server like where?
