Normal Capture the Flag plugin(No Mod!!!)

Hello guys, im finding or requesting the Capture The Flag plugin!!! No mod...
Im finded only mods...(Forum and AMXMODX.org) Also dont found. Plugins must have:
InGame saving flags
Adding score in the jacked flag and return to you team flag
Sounds(Jacked etc..)
Showing on GUI whats is jacked flag(not must)
