[CSGO] Server keeps crashing

Hello, I'm running a new dedicated server on Ubuntu 20.04 meant for surfing and every time I try to join it just says, "Connection failed after 30 retries". Can anyone help me? This is some information and what the console is saying:

Try to change your default map from server.cfg (csgo/csgo/csgo/cfg) to one of surf_xxxx, or update your server.

map load failed: de_dust2 not found or invalid
Try loading another map with "map name".
If that works, and you are able to connect, validate your server files and check if the map file for de_dust2 is present in your map folder and accessible.
