I have to say, that during the game i saw one message in russian, others were in english.
My game is set to english
Here are those two votes:
[VoteManager] your_demise запустил голосование Выгнать игрока Nephilim !
[VoteManager] your_demise has started a Kick vote against PREZES wlkp PL!
I thought that the msg language for all players depend on client, who call a vote. But look, both of them are started by the same person, and both are kick votes.

Try this version, I can't try it since my computer is poo right now. It should log to votemanager.txt in the language the server is set to, and clients should be notified in their language if the language is supported, else it goes to english if I'm correct.

Translations work!
But:
1) I cannot call customevotes. Here is copypaste fromconsole:

In clienst`s console it prints "unknown command sm_customvote"

2) I have to update my translation file, some messages are bigger then the ingame chat maximum.

Its done.
And.. Are you sure, that not printing notifies for those who called a vote is good? Because they dont know why they cant start some votes.

custom votes working here, but if a guy dosn't have acess, he isn't told about it. it's no big deal really - just thought I'd let you know

Yes, cusomvotes work, sorry, that was my bad. That time i just put .smx to plugins. After compiling .sp all work great.
Sure, no big deal=)
Anyway, i think it would be better for player to know, why he cant votekick a person. And he will not know it until he gets message "Tanks are immune"

After a few tests the verdict is:
1) - In your compilied .smx translations DOES work.
- Customvote cannot be called, as i wrote above
-If i call a vote from a client, i DO see the vm3 messages in chat.
2) In your .sp file, which i compilied by myself there are no any changes since the last 1.3.4 version. (no tranlations, i cant see msges if i call a vote, customvotes work)

It's not supposed to tell you what you called when you call a vote (why would you need to know what you called). I accidentally changed that when I last debugged it. Use the original translations found in the zip, I re-added that missing argument to fix that error.

All work great, thanks for good plugin =)
I suppose you can update this version to main topic.
But before doing that, you should update Russian translation file, i have attached it above. I corrected a stupid mistake which prevents from translating some votes, and the text now is much shorter.
