i think this plugin needs update?... doesn't seem to do anything...

I've updated my very out of date local server install to test this, but could you give some more detail on what you mean? I have no problems at all... enable enables, disable disables, and setting 'sm_cap_auto_arena' to 1 disables capture points in Arena.

With regards to the "per player capture blocking", there's a hacky way I've thought up in Pawn, but I'd want to do it in C++. Given that, I probably won't release it. It's not altogether difficult if someone wants to do it (i.e. just hook the capture event(s) and block the player based on whatever criteria is desired), but I cannot envisage a legitimate situation in which you would need it.

Not a problem; I was just slightly worried Valve changed something.

This is the only plugin I've released, as it's the only I've written that shouldn't break or enrage anyone ;)

You have a conflicting plugin re-enabling the point... the hint text even confirms that.

I suggest you either disable the other plugin, or edit it.

Use saxton hale mode, but not still have on/off cvar point

Saxton Hale is triggering it. Your screenshot even shows the hint text from it -- mine doesn't have any hint text. I had a suspicion that it was Saxton Hale doing it, given the text.

I can't fix the integration issue with SH. It just won't work with other mods that edit the points too.

Any way to automatically disable all captures on round start and re-enable them after X seconds? Could a CVars be added for that?
For example: new round starts on a double CP map, but you can't capture anything. After 5 minutes the control points are enabled, and one team wins. The next round starts and the control points are once again disabled for 5 minutes, rinse and repeat.
