Hi is there a way to turn of votemap from console like dust2 is number 2 and if several people type vote2 in console they can change the map , is there a way to block or stop this? Thanks anyway

Since it's a server cvar, it should be in your server.cfg. If you need to have it set every map (for some strange reason), you would put it in the file specified by the mapchangecfgfile cvar.

Also bear in mind server.cfg is called on server start, so you would need to fully restart your server or do "exec server.cfg" in its console.

I don't have that file cannot find it , Is it okay if i put it in amxx cfg ?

If you truely don't have a server.cfg, you should check the value of the "servercfgfile" cvar while the server is running. This will tell you what file is being used instead of server.cfg.

That's correct and is addressed with the second sentence in that post.

if you have the command mapchangecfgfile server.cfg on your server.cfg file, it will load server.cfg every map change
