i searched about new ban no steamid and no ip
can we make ban macaddresss ?
we need hard ban to block the cheaters

No its not possible in steam server show me proof that you have changed steam id in steam server

It's not possible because HLDS has no way of knowing the clients' MAC address.

You can change ID with Free to Play games by creating a new account.

There is a plugin called subnet ban, you can search for it.

CS is not a free to play game and if you run a steam only server there is no way you can change steamid.
No nosteam stuff around here guys, you know the rules.
