These are defined in smsdk_ext.cpp, do you not have them there?

edit: They seem to be missing from the smsdk_ext.cpp in VoiDeD's repository for some reason, anyway here's the one from the sm rep

the declaration of SDKExtension is not at line 106 in newer versions of that file, so it doesn't seem to be using the one

here's the header, i'm guessing it doesn't differ from your sm version

Yeah, https://github.com/KissLick/sourcemod-sendproxy-manager - it's kinda dirty there and I had no time for that plugin neither..
