Disable AMXX in metamod's plugins.ini before trying what YamiKaitou said.

Guys, i know where its problem, but i asked you: what are the common problems of this problem IN SOURCE CODE PLUGINS.
I want answers like: "too many send message", "too more natives, forwards" etc.

We cannot answer that because there is no definitive answer. The only way we can help you is knowing which plugin is causing the fault

If the plugin is yours delete some functions and see if it works.

I solved this problem.
I just ... delete .vault files.
