on a empty server, if 2 friend arrive on the server, decide to beat the ks record together , easy ..

but if i decide de put minmum play at 10, they cant to do that...

if you are motivate, put a cvar for ksr_only_hs 1/0

you can add deathstreaks and flop15 to see the worst players
also make your plugin to work with mysql
