amxmod 181
some player come to my server and attack expolit & my HLDS in proccesor task manager ,cpu usage go up to 80% - 100%

when i closed hlds ,cpu usage gone fix.

i know it,s attack.

players say to me in yahoo : i come attack your server then after 1 min ,my server gone Fuck !

what am i doing for this problem?

Uninstall dproto and stop using illegal software.

what do you mean using illegal software?

and i remmber say this : when attacker come to my server ,i used stat command and his name not show in list but in stats command +1 in my server ! i can,t kick , ban him ! not see it to my players list !

dproto is an illegal modification and violates the TOS/AUP for the game. It allows non-steam users to join your server who are using pirated copies of the game.

If your argument is that your server is empty without it, our answer is we don't offer support for non-steam/dproto.

The only real solution to this issue is to remove the illegal modification.

when i pay and my server ORginal Steam ,Not have bugs or Can,t attack my server witch expolit?

and my players how can join to my server? just need protocol 48? or thay shoud buy license ?!

The dproto allows non-steam users to join your server. As a result there's also exploits caused by this that let your server get "attacked."

The only real way to prevent this is to get steam and get a steam-only server. Your players will have to also buy the game.

We don't offer any support for non-steam as it's illegal.

You don't have to pay, just remove dproto from your mm plugins.
