yes, when active that restricts all scope-weapons. clients are forced to drop the weapon if already in inventory, and clients cannot buy these items it will only waste their money.

problem. when i say vote_pistols or whatever no menu for optiosn comes up and it just waits until it says something liek no clear majority. help?

yup I have experienced this problem too. I really like this plguin because I used it in 1.5 so I would love it if you fixed the client voting system (i.e. vote_pistols, vote_scopes, etc.)
