ask for the AMX plugin of that to be ported, or search because I have the vague feeling it's been ported.

The mod in the AMX forums is somehting like

/kick Player

in chat, will kick the player.

Then bind keys like this:
bind "f7" "amx_csaymode"
and
bind "f8" "amx_tsaymode"

ya the binds work great but what speedy and i want to know is how to get the menu working, as he said it comes up but once u choose sumthing and u type it, it just comes out as a normal message
