I am with Gameservers and i am not happy. Year before last they were great. Johnny on the spot with replies and support and stuck with you until you were happy. Now you are lucky to get a reply within a day even more.

I was just looking at Fragnet but i have heard that Gameservers deletes bad reviews from their forum (which that place is a joke and a dust bowl anyway) so i dont want to jump into something else just because their website says they are good, anyone can say that.

Im looking for US based company "i buy american" with Co-location in Dallas area, or the SW region of the US.

Anyone happy with their service where you are at and want to share.

I use NFO for their great DDOS protection, and honestly their single core VDS is a pretty great value in my opinion. 100GB storage, 4TB bandwidth, and a dedicated core for $8/m. This is of course without a control panel and self managed linux box.

I dont mind paying for service if its great service

Is NFO able to be set up to use steam workshop and sourcebans? And is it easily configurable?

If I do this I will be moving my BF4, TS, and CS GO servers there. I am dropping the BF3 server for now.


Here has been my recent experience with Gameservers. This would have never happened 2 years ago but I guess they have changed.

I wrote a billing ticket to tell them I was not happy with the service at all and that I was going to move if things did not change, that was 13 hours ago and still no reply.

I also closed my other two tickets myself one for the workshop (they said we would help me) and one for the my server not being able to be accessed via game since we did the workshop (I thought I messed up on a plugin is why I opened another ticket) .

They pretty much ignored both tickets after one or two replies asking questions, after over a day of waiting I finally said screw it and closed them and zapped the server and reinstalled it all in order to get it back. This will also be posted on their FB page just to give them a good chummy feeling this morning.
