Sorry if asked before but do I need to upgrade SM? since only gamedatas changed and its updated automatically?

If it were only gamedata updates, you would not need to. While it isn't immediately obvious, there were other changes. The reverse-engineered SDK for CS:GO that SourceMod compiles against had multiple updates for this game update.

Yes, bots are no longer working.
Today I had about 64 bots on my server.. with 44 maxplayers. Seems like Valve is on it again.

Just had a crash when I re-activated bots with 1.7.3-git5279, just updated to 5280 to see if that will fix it...

I've had no crash related problems, but have warmup cvars been changed? Because I've got a training server that runs warmup all the time and its not running warmup no more, my other servers without warmup are having as much as 1 minute warmup at the begining of each map, is there anyone that has got a more detailed version of the changelog? Or has an idea of what the new cvars could be?

I haven't updated MM or SM, all my plugins are working and so are bots. Not sure why but I'm fine with it.

Oh I also don't have GOTV or reservedslots enabled.

Without updating, SourceTV ("GOTY") will crash, some or most of SM's command-line natives (or any functionality in SM that reads the command line) will crash or misbehave, kicking users will not work, the GetMaxHumanPlayers (used by reservedslots and others) will not work, and other such issues.

If the servers haven't been restarted since the last gamedata updates, sm_rename (SetClientName) and uses of the SetClientInfo native will also either not work or crash.

You may be fine with it now, but you may not be when, at minimum, you need to kick/ban a problem-user.
