Why My CssDm Tdm ?

yeah im having this problem with my cssdm it's seems to be tdm when im a ct and i kill a ct it says team kill???

is there a way to fix it so it's free for all

btw...can this plugin also change the scoreboard? (tab key) ..so that there are no CT and T teams?
