Hero: Overload!

This is my first hero people and its basically a combination of code between Wolverine and Lifesaver.

On Key Down You Instantly get 100 HP for those tight situations.
Along with this you get 1 second of god mode and invisibility.

CVARS:
overload_level \\Default 9
overload_overloadtime \\Default 1. Any higher and you will regen 100 HP a second.
overload_cooldown \\Default 999 so that you can only use once a round
overload_healpoints \\Default 100. (for 1 second unless you change overloadtime...)
overload_invisibility \\Default 0. (1 second unless you change overloadtime...)

Oh well, tell me what you think, not bad for improvisation lol.

Included is the .SMA and Compiled for AMX 98 and AMXX. Unsure about 9.9
