Hello guys, can anyone make a plugin for me.

I want you to make end round win by team's score.
If CT/TE have more scores to the round they win.

Example:
You know - everytime when terrorist stayed alive, win after end of the round.
Now i want team with the more score to win the round.
So if CT have 7 score and TT 4 - CT to be the winner of the round
When 0:0 - Round Draw
