I need a newer plugin that does the following.
When someone enters the server and writes in the chat connect "go.server.com" to give him ban or to appear only to him and the message not to appear to the players.

REGEX Word Filter do not forget the regexrestrict.cfg file, you can download the one from the first page, if you want to change some things, the users have written many suggestions on the last pages this plugin have a lot of possibilities, but I don't think you can tell that there is a silent ban, but it serves its purpose and is free
