Will SourceBans ever be updated to work with GMod 13?

I know Metamod Source/Sourcemod dont and probably will never work with GMod 13, but ULX mod has an addon that adds SourceBans support but it wont work until SourceBans is updated to work with Gmod 13.

I don't play gmod, so I don't know what needs to be done.
I won't create some ulx addon though!

Someone else made the ULX addon so you dont need to worry about that. I'll find out from them what Gmod 13 changed.
