Idea:

When you open the menu make a choose:

1. "Sell to magazine and return 80% of cost"

2. "Sell to other player and return 100% of cost"

2 should said to the choosen player: "Do you want to BUY weapon * WEAPON NAME * from *nick name of owner shorten to 8 symbols* for * COST *?" Answers: "Yes" "No"

If he have enought money - OK, deal. Said to owner of weapon "SUCCUESS! WEAPON SOLD! You have * COST * now!" Said to 2nd player "SUCCUESS! You bought weapon * weapon name * from * owner name* for * COST *." Second line: "You had withdrawn * COST * . Good luck"

I don't think I'll add this because of the fact that the 2nd player (consumer) could just go to the shop and buy it at the same price.
