can anyone code parachute plugin available to VIP/ADMINS only ?

BUT i dont want it for zombie server, i have normal pub , but we mostly uses maps from where we have to jump from heights

Nope , thats also not made for vip/admins and also there is no use of increasing the price of parachute !

Change the language, spanish to english
Change the ADMIN_LEVEL_B
