hey i need help to choose dedicated server to run 8 csgo servers 32 slots and some of them 128 tick

how much servers Xeon E3-1245V2 and 16 GB DDR3 1600 how much servers i can run ?

my budget is 80 -90

That cpu should have 4 cores, with HyperThreading on or what's called, you get 8 threats.
So try run SRCDS to each threat.
