Sledge may be better in some aspects, but jack has some extra features that i like, and i am really curious what this new update will bring to table.. even tho i kind of lost some hype hearing online only and achievements for full version

Am i wrong or the steam version is the same as the 111064 build only that it has the steam features ?

Been watching jack on steam for a while now.. i was thinking on buying it, but
There is no actual review video/screenshot of the steam version ( the screenshots are from the older version from what i see )
Can't see much from the trailer

I don't really know what to expect and 15$ is a little too much for such a tool, i think 10 would be a more appropriate price..

Well i just bought it today on steam ( luckily i got some paysafe pins) it is the same as the free version, except it has the steam features and it doesn't crash

I am waiting now to see what updates we will recieve for buying the tool, i hope for a more comfy UI and Buttons

Or maybe some kind of tool to set/unset null faces more easily and faster, sometimes it is a pain in the ass to set the textures back for the visible faces

Phant, you may want to check the following

1. the application crashing on selecting proprieties for entities under various conditions ( happened once )
2. error "bad file header" when trying to open a previous project ( happened once )
3. add proper default value on fx amount when using solid/additive/transparent rendering ( default now is 0 which renders entities invisible by default )
4. low performance while browsing the textures on search mode
5. low performance when accessing the texture application tool and after when selecting brushes
6. the possibility to save textures as favorites ( just like on sledge )

You might also want to consider an option for the application to be more resource intensive in order to boost it's performance speed
