Alright, I'm going to lose my mind. I have been spending hours on this. I can't even get my console to say that metamod, sourcemod, or zombieriot isn't working. I have files in cstrike/cfg and addons, but nothing will even give me an error, I want to play this so bad, it's ridiculous. I am on a listen server / "Create Server", whatever you wanna call it, and my goal is to play LAN, HALP PLOX

Install the dedicated server. SM/MM doesn't work well on listen servers.

Can someone please explaine the differance between the Zombieriot Mod and Zriot Addon or plugin. I want to install Zombieriot on my Linux dedicated server. I have installed Metamod sourcemod and the SDK. Here is my installed MM and SM stuff.

(the 2 lines above was a test on the "Nextmap" plugin just to prove that sm is wkg. However I don't see the Zombieriot or ZRiot on any sm or MM plugin list.

Please tell me just what ZombieRiot file(s) to install.
Also, do I have to add "exec Zombieriot" or something to my Srcds_l/ORANGEBOX/CSTRIKE/CFG/.server.cfg file? to make the mod work?. hELP needed ASAP....

The release package should have everything ready. You just need to extract it to "orangebox".

You also need to install SDK Hooks that's linked in the first post. The extension files goes into "cstrike/addons/sourcemod".

Do the "bots" take up player slots and when humans die are they swapped to zombie or do they just spec?

Can anyone help me here. For some reason on Day 8. It's not working properly. I have set this day from 0 to 20 and I still keep having problems. When I set it to a low number like 2 or 3. No zombie shows up when you get to that day. When I set it to a higher number like 10 or 15. A zombie shows up when you click on Tab to see who's in the server, but it just keeps on restarting that round over and over and doesn't stop. Any help here would be appreciated.

OK!, I reinstalled the Zombie Riot Mod and the Zombie Riot Plugin and they seem to work. I also installed Market but it would not work untill I unpluged the ZRiot Plugin. I did not like the weapon restrictions of ZRion Plugin anyway/ However, I'm having a bit of a problem with my weapons dissapeering. Lets say I'm playing on the De_Dust map and after I kill about 4 Zoms my rifle dissapeers along with all the otherr weapons. I still have the crosshair, and the weapons still fire and the nades explode correctly I just cant see my arms or the weapons. I do see the bullets and the ejectiog spent cartriges. If I hit the "G" key to drop the weapon, I can see it fall to the ground. I also un-pluged some plugins but the same thing still happens. The weapons do come back at the start of a new day. What coud it be thats causing this problem. Mabe it's something to do with the "fademin" & "fademax" features? By the way, I'm running a Linux dedicated serverr, and SM 1.3.4. Do I update to 1.3.5?

i need help here [cuz im new on sourcemod] i already put the .smx file to sourcemod/plugins/ and then? what should i do next? its not loaded yet

CSO, add me on steam and I'll give you a hand setting it up. Its quite simple.

Has anyone else here receive a lot of Choke when playing this? I have a dedicated server with only 1 server running lol. I can receive up to 70% choke when I throw a nade at a bunch of zombies or when theres 10+ players. (I have 18 bots loaded).. Any recommendations?

You get choke if the server is too busy to handle every frame. I don't think Zombie Riot itself is that heavy to run, but there might be some places that need optimization.

Though I guess the main reason is your 18 bots. They use a lot of resources and your server can't handle all of them in addition to regular players. Try remove some bots and watch the average CPU usage until the choke is gone.
