I also created a website called Rust Tools. It will calculate and tell you the raw amounts of resources needed to craft items.

Tested on myself (on a non admin account)
Added my id to hacker list, yes it worked, then I reconnected and BAM.. its off. Let's me play without a problem.
Restarted server, added myself, joined... not flagged. Added self in game.. flagged... reconnected... not flagged. Makes no sense. Yes it's the latest version.

Well that's just odd, delete the vault file and restart your server. =/ I said above that I've tested this on myself and another player and logged off, and then came back... it was still on.

Yeah that's what I intend to do... just have to get those steamids out of the vault now before I delete it. . .

Hmm.. seems to be working after I deleted the old vault file and restarted the server. Guess it got corrupted or something weird.
