Hy!
I'd like to ask, what kind of combination of commands or plugins should I use on my public CS:S server to enable all players to chat with each other, regardless of which team they are on, or if they are dead/alive.
Both in voice and text chat.
I have sv_alltalk set to 1, but that only opens up voice chat to everyone, how do I do the same with text?
