I warned someone:

Why did I received the message:

[WARN] You have been warned. Please read !rules to continue.

When I warned someone else? Is this only visible to admins or all players?

Err... As far as i remember, i did it visible for warned player.
However, you should check, is there is CPrintToChatAll, or CPrintToChat(client, "Text");

I completely reinstalled the server and uploaded the script warning! Still, I always get this error when I warn a player via
menu

The reason that happens is that he executes the command with ServerCommand.
The client in this case is the console or 0 aka server, line :711
Maybe it helps to get this fixed faster.

well,it doesn't work here.The console said "Unknow command sm_warn"

He compiled the script locally on his computer so its showing his desktop path.. you need to download the .sp and compile it yourself. For those of you that don't know how go here and do it which should work as it needs colors from the one off allied.
