How can I set up such an image of nicknames (for a long time/until the end of the map/for zombies n humans)?

I tried to use different options:

mp_playerid_hold 1
mp_playerid_delay 0
mp_playerid 0

I is not working for me.

Use this cvar (that in zombiemod not enable the friendly fire really):

mp_teammates_are_enemies 1

But when i play for the zombies team i do not see Enemy: Player when I look at zombie. When i play for humans is all right.

weapon_reticle_knife_show 1

This cvar is for see the enemy names when you use the knife (like when you are a zombie)
