Both require sc_record_detail to be set on 1.

I don't like deposit files at all, but we can't reply to posts with our own uploaded files and I know that I will never use deposit files again, so these uploads should be up forever.
Compiled and tested against SourceMod 1.8.0.6014 on a TF2 server, so I can confirm it works.

The additions you've made are welcome and I like them, though I have a couple of suggestions.
  1. Make player disconnects NOT require the use of the sc_record_detail cvar, as the joining detail does not require this.
  2. Filter out or ignore certain commands that are entered via the console. Things like VModEnable 1 and 'team_ui_setup' aren't things we need logged. I would say that any command manually entered into the console, team changes and class changes only really need to be logged, otherwise you end up with very long, large log files with a tonne of detail you don't need.
