I'm trying to turn the Degreaser back to what it was before but it doesn't seem to be working?

This is my code:

Someone had a similar problem and someone said to compile the tf2items_manager plugin file. So I did that and it still doesn't work.

It also appears that tf2items_manager_reload isn't a recognized command at all.
I don't have a tf2items_manager.smx file. Is there supposed to be one?
I'm new to this, so I'm sorry if the answer is simple.

Yes, that's what you get as a result of compiling the plugin. It's also included in the download from the main thread.
