There's no error in the logs
I've allowed access to the database from the server IPs
The user seems to be banned and is correctly asked to go to my website for an appeal.
However, the ban doesn't show up in the database.

If it's of any help, the website is hosted on dreamhost.

Well it seems to be pointing at an old sourcebans website I tested first, the IP is a nitrado site, but the new sourcebans site is hosted in dreamhost.

the databases.cfg points to the new site, somehow the plugin isn't caring much about it and it's looking for the database in the old website... ofc I have reloaded the plugin coutless times but it's still giving me the same error

After editing databases.cfg server needs to be restarted.
