@Leonardo: Backtick-encapsulation of column and table names are a feature of mysql, not a requirement (with it, you can have spaces in column and table names).
The lack of backticks should not be the cause of the problem.

Hello everyone! I'm really sorry to bother you with a question that has probably been asked a million times before already, but I'm totally stumped as to what is causing my problem and I know that this is the best place to find an answer since everyone here seems to be really informed and experienced with the use of this mod. I mean holy cow... the thread is 153 pages!

I setup the stat tracker for my TF2 server and so far everything is running smoothly server side and web side. The tables are being written to and stats are being recorded. The commands "rank" and "webrank" are also working just fine. However, no matter how consistently or regularly players are on my server, I always see "No online players at the moment" displayed on the stat tracker index.

This is my tracker if anyone wants to take a look and try to figure out what is wrong. Right now my server is full, but according to the tracker index, it is empty.

That is because your server clocks are not in sync (or not in the same timezone).
There should be an time offset setting in the web settings file, change the value until players show up as online.
