set gs_as_playerscore_avgdiff higher, or set it to 0 to disable the particular check

I think someone requested a preference thing a while ago, seems to all work... been testing the past few days.

Also, someone requested a thing that gets all the active dominations for each team and gets the difference for an autoscramble check.

Like all the autoscramble checks, setting it to 0 disables it.

Does "gs_enabled 0" disabling all hooks? Voting and auto-scramble still works o_O

voting isn't supposed to work, i fixed that, but autoscramble doesn't since it relys on the event hooks.

When the convar is set to 0, everything gets unhooked.

that should work fine in r3

I took like a week break from TF2 so I haven't been testing any new releases.

We were getting server crashes, which I have guessed to be due to the version of gscramble we were running due to what I read in the thread. Not sure if that's so or not. I just updated it.

Findings:

Despite immunity being set to 2, neither engi-with-building or medic-with-over-55% are immune during auto scrambles :/ I also didn't seem to see a forcebalance occuring after 30 seconds, though I didn't test that as thoroughly as the immunity. On the upside, the medic charge worked.

I think doing a mp_restartround would do the setup, but im not sure, and that command is a pile of crap

try to add time to the setup timer, and see if it works... if so, then I can figure out how much time as passed since the beginning of setup till the scramble happened, then re-add that time to the setup clock
Tested it, and it worked perfectly
