Also, I'm using a bit of an outdated version -- was the bug where it wouldn't remove scramble votes when a scramble failed removed?

And, a question: Why does it sometimes just say "Scramble Vote Failed" and sometimes give details on the fail percentage?

getting the accurate round time is proving to be a pain in the ass thanks to valve... just simply can't read the value of the round timer.

Just tried starting the game in french. Everything is french except the gScramble plugin. So I guess the problem is not in the translation file.
