May-be change the menu like that :

1. save untill the map change
2. save for all the time

Big update! Now you can use this plugin to save and load your ads, among other things.

The code is a bit messy right now, but it works exactly as it should. I'll slowly look over it and optimize everything in the next few days.

I haven't tried this plugin, but when I look at this plugin it's features, it seems superior to Kleenex's plugin.

I don't think this plugin should be unapproved for several reasons:
  • The latest post by KleeneX, correct me if I'm wrong, is dated 01/05/06, more than one year ago. So, he obviously does not support Sprite Importer 3 anymore.
  • KleeneX's plugin does not support any kind of angles, only "rotating" sprites.
  • I just tested his plugin and there are runtime errors. Also, The way he deletes the sprites is clever and I really like it, but there are bugs so it doesn't work well. It creates a sprite at the player's origin which doesn't make it easy to place ads flush with worldspawn or other entities. 10Stars, one of my plugin's users, wants to cover existing ads in maps like de_dust2 and it would be very difficult to accurately cover it with KleeneX's plugin.
GHW_Chronic and Twilight Suzuka also made plugins like this one, but this one is meant specifically for placing fixed sprites or models and has an easy-to-use interface designed for placing advertisements.
