Cool, i have tryed to find this plugin for so long now and finally i found it

i looked for a couple days trying to find this. thank you for providing it for me and my clan/server.

but as someone mentioned before is there a way to set it up so its default on the setting so everyone can read eachother (dead to alive and alive to dead)
i do not know anything about coding so i dont think i can figure this out myself

That's not true
There is no command in standart cs that let dead people talk to alive ones and vice versa.
You have to look for a plugin that does that. I don't know the name of it.
