I will make the plugin block cheaters for more seconds if they tend to cheat. If they maintain the cheat they will be blocked even more.
So the punish time will increase as they maintain the cheat.

I think that would work. The only problem I see, is that laggers may get blocked also. Need to know the optimal spd_limit.

Tried it on my gungame server. At first, it all seemed fine; however, I had to disable the plugin. The reason is simple, strange server behaviour: knife disappeared for all players; this morning I noticed a bunch of bans with the same reason from HLguard - burst fire detected. I connected to the server and noticed that I don't move normally after the spawn; some stop-and-go rat race I used the provided plugin without any modifications.
P.S. the server is boosted to 1000 server fps and has HLGuard (speed hack blocker is deactivated). Again, it seemed fine for the first few maps after the plugin start when I was spectating.

Same thing happend at my server, but when I changed clockwindow to 10 the cheater could not move. If he uses speedhack he will freeze for 10 secounds if I'm right, and if the speedhack is constant for example 10 he will be frozen forever. And for speedhacks that can change speeds (by holding a key goes about 50 times faster) cheater would go about 10 meters and then stop, then go another 10 meters and your plugin would stop him and so on (with clockwindow set to 10 he freezes for 10 seconds and he'll probably press the speed key again thinking that it's not working therefore freezing for another 10 seconds). I know that disabling clockwindow should make it easier for plugin to detect speedhack, but speedhack is less efficient if clockwindow has a high value.

Will it affect something in a Zombie Plague + war3ft mod server ? ... Cuz you know there are zombies with 310 movement speed and + boots ;) ...
