Can you play with more than 4 players co op just using a local host server ?

I already have Sourcemod and Metamod

Do i need to setup a server ?Does anyone have an updated guide for this ?

most of the guides I see are pre Last Stand Update so I don't know if it'll work

it makes more than 4 players join your local server (Max: 8 )

install L4DToolZ Metamod plugin (l4d1 & l4d2)
