not working.. i tried to add this to "plugins.ini" :

i think that i found the problem. i have cs1.6 with patch v26 and version 47. i download another cs1.6 with patch v26 and version 48. in version 48 all works! but i cant join servers and nobody can see me... how can i change the protocol from 48 to 47???

Do not ask questions, ask for support, or ask how to use non-steam servers. Do not argue the validity of using non-steam servers.

No one cares about if you have a steam-account or not. The question is about the server! You run as you saied yourself a non-steam server. This is not supported here, get that and stop asking for support for your illegal server.
And somehow i doubt that you have cs1.6 on steam watching your last but one statement:
