those are average at best; here are some that are more awesome:

1) this plugin was so bad you need to re-evaluate your entire life. and no, it won't be approved
2) this wouldn't be approved even if it wasn't redundant because your coding style.. well, there just isn't one
3) oh my god, why won't my eyes stop bleeding
4) i expected more of you
5) one day, my father told me to go to the grocery store to get some chips and dip for the game. when i came back with pretzels, it's no wonder he took me out back and beat me. i hadn't really understood his level of loathing for incompetence until i saw your plugin. so... thanks

They are funny and i didn't knew them but they are not pre-made. The poll is for pre-made ones. It would be nice if you post a new poll with them.

I don't understand the purpose of this thread.
He uses the same phrases when [un]approving plugins and chooses which ones to use as they pertain to his decision.
He is actually smart by doing that so that he doesn't have to type it out each time, just copy+paste.
