I've been playing in servers that use those kinds of boosts for over 7 years and you're trying to convince me that the people that I met there were humanoid androids or whatever your imagination creates. Or maybe they were some advanced robots from the future that can act better than real humans and even be real in real life? Just stop.

Actually boosting only works for non-steam servers indeed. If you boost your server, it will simply get listed in top of the serverbrowser or in the favorites tab of the cracked game.

So yes; they're real players...
