is it possible to check whether player has press any button (any A to Z) or any button which are binded like Chooseteam (button :- M) , Nightvision (button :- N) , Buy (button :- B) ?

Depends on which COMMAND you want to check. Some of them can be captured via "register_clcmd" (e.g. "chooseteam"), other with "get_user_buttons", etc.
