/Spec and Bans :)

I was wondering if anyone can help me solve these two questions

The first one is that if you can just take off /spec perm because everytime i restart the server people can type /spec and get into spec and i dont want to keep on turning it off so if anyone can help me with that it would be great

!

Another problem is that how can i give certian people admin with ban but the max time they can ban someone is 60 min?

If anyone can help me with these problems i would greatly appreciate it

/spec is a 3rd party plugin. Either remove the plugin or turn it off by cvar.

/spec is in amx super and i dunno how to take it off i tried
