This is a very simple plugin that lets players mute the ticking sound that chat messages make. (uses cookies to remember the client selection, changeable via 'sm_settings')
This is useful on servers that have a lot of players that chat together and the ticking sound can get really annoying.
But this plugin can be a nice thing to have on any server
