So I'm still fairly new at setting up csgo servers but before the last patch I seem to remember my server was running smoother than it is now. The bots I'm playing against seem to blink in and out of existence.

Netgraph has SV and Var in the red. From what I understand SV in the red means server doesn't have enough raw processing power. (Yes, I know csgo servers only use one core)

This doesn't make sense because my servers resource monitor says cpu usage doesn't get over 75% and I still have 700megs of ram not being used.

I'm running a simple 10 man comp server(5v5), nothing overly resource intensive. I don't even have source mod installed.

Can anyone tell me what my bottleneck is? Anyone have any suggestions on how to improve server performance?

That processor strikes me as being very out of date. Its clock speed is also quite low ;)
