Depending on what you want to do, that should be enough for most purposes.
I used to run 4 game servers at a such machine, only 4 as I don't like to "overload" things and cause negative impact on performance. I prefer less servers - but quality, rather than I prefer 200 servers that are constantly lagging.
The game you want to run may also be able to make a difference.

Loading Apache (or any other web server programs) on the same physical machine as your game server(s) is nasty.
TeamSpeak are usually a great target of DDoS attacks, so you might also want to keep that separate, or ensure that you have a very good DDoS protection included.

It most likely will, but I would still keep web traffic totally separate from game traffic.

You can at least try to separate things that way, and there are of course chances that you can get good results.
Chances are also that a such virtualization layer would eat up resources, where you would be more satisfied with a cheap low end VPS for your site, and only the gaming on the "big" box.

I wouldn't count much on the memory, more on the disk space. Is 1 TB enough? Go for that one.

AMD vs Intel is going to be a flame war, just like Linux vs Windows vs Mac, so I won't comment on what would be better than the other.
Personally though, I'm a big fan of Intel.

Based on what you've said so far, I would just run Linux all the way.
